This course is just for you - literally. For this course the author conducts two days of preliminary interviews with the movers and shakers in your organization to get an idea of executive concerns, preliminary loss analysis, business impact of a disaster and other factors. Armed with this information, we will write a custom planning manual for your organization and present it in an intensive two day seminar. At the conclusion of the seminar, the instructor will assist the attendees in actually drafting a plan. On day 5, the instructor presents the findings to executive management and determines the necessary steps left to complete the plan to executive management's specifications.

Similar to the "Write a GREAT" course above but specifically for government entities. The instructor of this course is Leo A. Wrobel, a former Mayor and City Councilman for ten years.
